Reliance has launched their new Jio Phone with 4G connectivity. This Jio Phone is an advance feature phone knows as " India ka Smartphone". It is priced at just priced Rs.0 (Free). But the buyers have to pay refundable Rs.1,500 for this device. Reliance Jio has promised to refund this money after 3 years.

Jio Phone release date and availability

The JioPhone will be available from August 15 for testing purposes. And from August 24 it will be available for pre-booking from the MyJio app and Jio offline stores. Customers who pre-book will be able to buy the Jio Phone from September, on a first come first serve basis. The device will come with lot's of offers and 4G data packs.

The new JioPhone looks like standard feature phones but initially it has all the necessary functionalities. The JioPhone comes with many preinstalled apps including Facebook, a web browser and other Jio specific apps. The phone has a key pad for inputs.
