Nokia HMD Global has launched a series of new Nokia devices this year. The most budget friendly in its latest phone range was the Nokia 3. But now, Nokia 2 has been spotted on several online sources including its presence on GeekBench. Nokia 2 is expected to be a budget friendly phone with all the basic and necessary features.

According to the Geekbench listing, it seems that, with the upcoming Nokia 8 announcement, the company might be introducing an entry level phone for the budget-oriented. The Nokia 2 is expected to come with a 1.27GHz Snapdragon 210 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The Nokia 2 is expected to run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The Geekbench results show a single-core score of 422 and a multi-core score of 1146 for Nokia 2. In terms of pricing, Nokia 2 can cost $99 (Rs. 6,000 in India)!

Well, According to these leaks, the Nokia 2 looks smaller in size with onscreen navigation buttons.
For now, HMD Global is hosting an event in London on August 16, this event may unveil the specifications and launch dates of Nokia 2.
